Role Overview: Engineers

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed prompts based on real-world engineering scenarios, encompassing system design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, clarity, and strict adherence to established engineering principles.
- Draft high-quality reference solutions, providing clear and concise rationales for all technical decisions made.
- Identify and pinpoint logical gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions present in AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a diverse team of technical experts and reviewers, utilizing shared documentation and structured feedback mechanisms.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, software, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of robust professional experience in engineering practice, R&D, or technical consulting.
- A strong foundational understanding of engineering methodologies, relevant tools, and practical applied problem-solving techniques.
- Exceptional technical writing abilities and a demonstrated capacity for structured reasoning.
- Comfortable reviewing AI model outputs across a wide spectrum of varied engineering domains.
Additional Information
- Expected commitment: A minimum of 10+ hours per week.
- Tasks may include open-ended analysis, thorough specification reviews, complex calculations, and hands-on applied design scenarios.
- This is deliverables-driven work, subject to clear quality standards and rigorous expert peer review.
