Role Overview

Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking engineering professionals for a project-based role, focused on supporting advanced AI systems. These systems are designed to reason through complex, domain-specific engineering challenges. This position is ideal for Engineers possessing strong analytical skills, practical hands-on experience, and the capability to craft and assess realistic technical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts grounded in real-world engineering scenarios, encompassing system design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, clarity, and strict adherence to engineering principles.
• Draft high-quality reference solutions and provide comprehensive rationales for all technical decisions.
• Systematically identify logical gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions present in AI outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team of technical experts and reviewers, utilizing shared documentation and structured feedback mechanisms.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, software, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience gained in engineering practice, research and development (R&D), or technical consulting.
• A strong foundational understanding of engineering methodologies, relevant tools, and applied problem-solving techniques.
• Exceptional technical writing abilities and structured reasoning skills.
• Comfort and proficiency in reviewing model outputs across a diverse range of engineering domains.

Additional Information

• Expected commitment: A minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Tasks may involve open-ended analysis, thorough specification reviews, complex calculations, and hands-on applied design scenarios.
• Work is deliverables-driven, with clear quality standards and expert peer review integrated into the process.
