Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for government assistance programs.
• Develop, review, and annotate datasets for AI training.
• Design workflows, interview questions, and case studies.
• Label and organize documentation for eligibility determination and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams for material accuracy.
• Identify edge cases to improve dataset robustness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or similar role in government programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Commitment to ethical standards and data privacy.

Preferred Qualifications
