Role Overview
The Education Experts - Remote role is for experienced education professionals to support AI systems in understanding pedagogical content, instructional design, and classroom scenarios. This role is ideal for experts in K–12 or higher education who work independently and asynchronously.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic education-related prompts covering teaching strategies and learning objectives.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for pedagogical soundness and clarity.
- Create reference examples representing authentic classroom communication.
- Identify reasoning gaps and instructional weaknesses in AI outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with subject matter experts through shared documents.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in education (M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD).
- 3+ years experience in teaching, curriculum design, or educational research.
- Familiarity with instructional standards, assessment frameworks, and differentiated learning.
- Strong analytical, writing, and evaluation skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple education levels and domains.
Additional Information
Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week. Tasks include instructional critique, scenario generation, multiple-choice design, and policy synthesis. Role operates on a deliverables-driven structure with expert peer review and quality control.

Contract & Payment Terms
