Overview
The Education Experts - Remote role is a project-based position supporting AI systems that understand pedagogical content, instructional design, and classroom scenarios. This role is ideal for professionals with advanced education degrees (M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD) and 3+ years of teaching, curriculum design, educational research, or teacher training experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic education-related prompts including teaching strategies and learning objectives.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for pedagogical soundness and clarity.
- Create authentic reference examples reflecting accurate classroom communication.
- Identify reasoning gaps and instructional weaknesses in AI outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other experts via shared documents and structured feedback.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in education or related field with 3+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, educational research, or teacher training. Familiarity with instructional standards, assessment frameworks, and differentiated learning approaches is required. Strong analytical, writing, and evaluative skills are essential.
Additional Information
- Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week.
- Tasks may include instructional critique, scenario generation, multiple-choice design, and policy synthesis.
- Independent contractor role with flexible, fully remote work schedule.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
