Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking experienced Education Experts to contribute on a project basis. This role focuses on supporting AI systems designed to comprehend pedagogical content, instructional design, and various classroom scenarios. It is perfectly suited for professionals with expertise in K–12 or higher education who thrive working independently and asynchronously.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic education-related prompts covering teaching strategies, learning objectives, assessments, and classroom dynamics.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for pedagogical soundness, clarity, and alignment with educational best practices.
- Create reference examples that reflect accurate instruction and authentic classroom communication.
- Identify reasoning gaps, instructional weaknesses, and factual inaccuracies in AI outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts and reviewers using shared documents and structured feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in education or a related field (M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD in Education).
- 3+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, educational research, or teacher training.
- Familiarity with instructional standards, assessment frameworks, and differentiated learning approaches.
- Strong analytical, writing, and pedagogical evaluation skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple education levels and content domains.
Additional Information
- Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week.
- Tasks may include instructional critique, scenario generation, multiple-choice design, and policy synthesis.
- Deliverables-driven structure with expert peer review and quality control layers.

Contract & Payment Terms

Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Weekly payments are processed via Stripe or Wise.
