We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will leverage your financial analysis and risk assessment experience to help train and refine advanced AI systems. Your insights will directly shape how AI models interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and evaluate risk. This role blends traditional credit analysis with innovative technology, allowing you to make a measurable impact on next-generation financial intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret financial statements and credit data.
• Develop clear and well-structured credit assessments.
• Document findings for AI learning and evaluation purposes.
• Identify financial risks, inconsistencies, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate AI-generated credit analyses and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training quality.
• Contribute to the refinement of evaluation frameworks and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk assessment. Strong ability to interpret balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and credit reports. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail coupled with advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-driven environment and ease in adopting new digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial model validation, as well as background in financial modeling or quantitative risk analytics. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to credit risk and financial compliance is an advantage.
