Role Overview: Credit Operations Specialist for AI Training

One of Our Clients, a global AI research organization, is actively seeking experienced Credit Authorizers, Checkers, and Clerks. In this remote, long-term contract role, you will apply your professional expertise to train next-generation AI systems. The primary focus involves translating real-world credit processing, approval, and verification workflows into structured tasks, enabling AI models to understand and accurately perform financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic credit, verification, and authorization scenarios based on extensive workplace experience.
• Create comprehensive questions, examples, and workflows that accurately reflect day-to-day credit processing tasks.
• Review and rigorously validate AI-generated credit decisions for accuracy, compliance, and logical consistency.
• Proactively identify errors, edge cases, and potential failure points within automated financial reasoning processes.
• Ensure all outputs maintain a professional-grade quality and demonstrate a strong awareness of regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of full-time experience specifically as a Credit Authorizer, Credit Checker, or Credit Clerk.
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia and legally able to work as an independent contractor.
• Possess a strong understanding of credit evaluation, meticulous documentation review, and robust risk assessment processes.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively explain complex professional workflows in written form.

Project Details

• A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required.
• The expected duration of this engagement is through mid-2026 or potentially longer, contingent on ongoing project needs.
• This is a fully remote position offering a flexible schedule.
• Applicants must use a desktop or laptop computer; Chromebooks are not supported for this role.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Hourly rate ranges from $60–$80 USD, adjusted based on region and experience.
• Compensation is paid weekly via Stripe or Wise.
• This engagement is structured as an independent contractor relationship.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on performance and evolving project requirements.
