Keystone Recruitment's client, a leading technology company, is actively seeking experienced literature professionals for a project focused on enhancing AI systems’ performance in complex literary interpretation, synthesis, and analytical reasoning. This Content & Literature Specialist opportunity is ideal for experts with a deep understanding of literary texts and critical analysis who can work independently in an asynchronous, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design rigorous literature-based tasks across genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks.
  • Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards.
  • Develop prompt variations based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
  • Identify and document model failure cases where outputs lack insight, nuance, or accuracy.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with peers and research teams through structured feedback and documentation.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, publishing, or related work.
  • Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to assess reasoning quality and provide structured, actionable feedback.

More About the Opportunity

This role expects a commitment of 10+ hours per week, involving short-form and long-form assignments such as summarization, synthesis, and open/closed question answering. It features a deliverables-driven structure with expert review layers and quality benchmarks, offering the potential for continued collaboration based on performance.

Contract and Payment Terms

Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
