Role Overview

Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Content & Literature Specialist to contribute to a project with one of our leading technology clients. This project focuses on enhancing AI systems’ performance in complex literary interpretation, synthesis, and analytical reasoning. This role is perfect for experts with a deep understanding of literary texts and critical analysis who can thrive independently in an asynchronous, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design rigorous literature-based tasks across various genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks.
  • Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards.
  • Develop prompt variations based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
  • Identify and document model failure cases where outputs lack insight, nuance, or accuracy.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with peers and research teams through structured feedback and documentation.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, publishing, or related work.
  • Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to assess reasoning quality and provide structured, actionable feedback.

  • Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week.
  • Task types include short-form and long-form assignments such as summarization, synthesis, and open/closed question answering.
