This role focuses on significantly enhancing AI systems' performance in complex literary interpretation, synthesis, and analytical reasoning. It's an ideal opportunity for professionals with deep expertise in literary texts and critical analysis who thrive working independently in an asynchronous, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design rigorous literature-based tasks across diverse genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks.
  • Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses, ensuring clarity, interpretive depth, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Develop prompt variations tailored to response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
  • Identify and meticulously document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight, nuance, or accuracy.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with peers and research teams through structured feedback and comprehensive documentation.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a closely related humanities discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in literary teaching, research, publishing, or similar professional work.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
  • Proven ability to critically assess reasoning quality and provide structured, actionable feedback.

  • Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered.
