This role focuses on significantly enhancing AI systems' performance in complex literary interpretation, synthesis, and analytical reasoning. Key Responsibilities
- Design rigorous literature-based tasks across diverse genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks.
- Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses, ensuring clarity, interpretive depth, and adherence to academic standards.
- Develop prompt variations tailored to response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
- Identify and meticulously document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight, nuance, or accuracy.
- Collaborate asynchronously with peers and research teams through structured feedback and comprehensive documentation.
Ideal Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a closely related humanities discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in literary teaching, research, publishing, or similar professional work.
- Strong foundational knowledge in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
- Proven ability to critically assess reasoning quality and provide structured, actionable feedback.
