This involves creating robust rubrics and frameworks designed to ensure accuracy, comprehensive risk assessment, and the delivery of actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and various reports to inform the continuous development of AI models.
• Collaborate closely with AI and data science teams to meticulously design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria, ultimately enhancing model performance and reliability.
• Apply deep finance and consulting knowledge to effectively assess risk, strategically evaluate financial strategies, and provide highly actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
• Document and clearly communicate findings, strategic recommendations, and detailed rubric guidelines in accessible written and verbal formats to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute valuable thought leadership to define and establish best practices at the critical intersection of finance and artificial intelligence.
• Work in a tightly integrated manner with cross-functional teams to ensure utmost financial accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
• Monitor relevant industry developments and proactively update AI models and financial rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on consulting or finance experience.
• Proven ability to thoroughly analyze financial statements, complex data sets, and key market indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in creating structured rubrics and comprehensive frameworks for evaluating diverse financial scenarios.
• Strong collaborative skills essential for effective remote, cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of extensive professional experience in consulting or finance.
