Role: Compliance Officer
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Compliance Officers to support a research initiative for a leading global AI company. This project leverages your real-world compliance expertise to develop occupation-specific questions, crucial for training and evaluating advanced AI systems in regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, and compliance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop questions grounded in real-world compliance work and regulatory scenarios.
- Translate professional experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, and regulatory adherence into structured prompts.
- Apply expert judgment across areas such as policy enforcement, audits, investigations, and governance.
- Ensure questions accurately reflect industry standards, regulatory expectations, and compliance workflows.
- Follow detailed project guidelines to maintain consistency and data quality.
- Work independently in a fully asynchronous environment.
- Accurately log project hours for weekly payment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time professional experience as a Compliance Officer.
- Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Ability to manage deadlines while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Engagement Details
- Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.
- Flexible schedule, allowing you to work around your availability.
- Short-term sprint with a high volume of available hours.
- Project scope and duration may be adjusted based on performance and research needs.
Compensation & Contract Terms
- Competitive hourly compensation aligned with industry standards and geographic location.
- Weekly payments via Stripe Connect or Wise based on logged hours.
- Engagement classified as an at-will independent contractor role.
- No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
