Community Managers at Keystone Recruitment
We are recruiting experienced Social and Community Service Managers to contribute to a long-term research project for one of our clients in the artificial intelligence sector. This role focuses on applying real-world professional expertise to design thoughtful, occupation-specific questions and scenarios related to social and community service management. This is an hourly contract (independent contractor) position with a rate of USD 75-125/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine high-quality questions and prompts based on practical experience in social and community service programs.
- Incorporate knowledge of program development, community outreach, policy implementation, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance of all content produced.
- Apply ethical, regulatory, and operational considerations common to social and community service organizations.
- Meet quality standards and deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Social and Community Service Manager.
- Strong understanding of community programs, social services, nonprofit or public-sector operations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written communication and critical thinking skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Work Commitment & Duration
A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required. The project is expected to continue through mid-2026, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Contract & Payment Terms
Engagement is as an independent contractor, fully remote with flexible working hours. Weekly payments are made via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Project scope and duration may be adjusted depending on requirements and performance.
