Co-Founder - Data Systems Review
Our client, through Keystone Recruitment, is seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators to join a critical research engagement. This opportunity involves documenting and reviewing data systems that have been built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are specifically looking for individuals with firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within dynamic startup environments. Your role will involve a retrospective documentation of architectural decisions and a thorough review of how operational data effectively supports business decision-making processes.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced Founders: You have a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems in high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Mandatory prior experience in a high-growth startup environment, specifically within companies ranging from 20 to 150 employees.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize architectural complexity and your ability to dissect data systems over specific industry experience.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement.
Engagement Details
This engagement is structured as a private research effort focused on retrospective documentation and technical review of previously implemented systems. Full technical specifications and compensation details will be provided following an initial screening.
- Note: We are exclusively hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this role.
- This position is an independent contractor engagement.
- It is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to be completed on your own schedule.
- Project duration can be adjusted (extended, shortened, or concluded early) based on evolving needs and performance.
