Keystone Recruitment's client is seeking highly experienced Founders and Early Operators to document and review data systems they've built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are looking for individuals with direct, hands-on experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in dynamic startup environments. This engagement focuses on the retrospective documentation of architectural decisions and a thorough review of how operational data effectively supports critical business decision-making.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of constructing or managing complex internal systems within high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Essential prior experience in high-growth startup environments, specifically those with 20–150 employees.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize your expertise in architectural complexity over specific industry knowledge.
- Availability: You must be able to commit to a short-term, precisely defined research engagement.
Engagement Details
The scope of this role involves retrospective documentation and a technical review of previously implemented systems. This is a private research initiative, and comprehensive technical specifications, along with compensation details, will be shared following an initial screening.
Please note: We are exclusively hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this role. You will operate as an independent contractor in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to complete projects on your own schedule. Engagements can be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
