Overview
The Co-Founder role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote opportunity aimed at experienced founders and early operators. In this position, you will document and review internal data systems built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 employees).
Who This Is For
This role is for experienced founders and startup veterans who have built, overseen, or scaled non-trivial internal systems in high-growth startup environments. Candidates are expected to have firsthand experience in documenting architectural decisions and using operational data to drive business insights.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record in building or managing data systems.
- Ability to document retrospective technical reviews.
- Engagement as an independent contractor on a private research effort.
- 100% remote work with flexible scheduling.
Engagement Details
This is a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement with the possibility of extension. All technical specifications and compensation details will be shared post screening. Note that only CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders will be considered.
