Overview of the Co-Founder Role
Keystone Recruitment's client is seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators to contribute to a research engagement. This unique opportunity involves documenting and reviewing internal data systems that you have built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are looking for individuals with direct, firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in fast-paced startup environments. The engagement focuses on capturing architectural decisions and analyzing how operational data effectively supports critical business decision-making processes.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced Founders: Individuals who have successfully built or managed complex internal systems within high-growth organizations.
- Startup Veterans: A proven track record in high-growth startup settings (companies sized 20–150 people) is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: While industry experience is less critical, we highly value candidates who can demonstrate architectural complexity and robust system design expertise.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a short-term, well-defined research engagement is essential.
Engagement Details
This engagement is structured as a retrospective documentation and technical review of systems you have previously worked on.
Privacy: This is a private research initiative. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be shared subsequent to an initial screening process.
