Keystone Recruitment's client is actively seeking dedicated Clinical Research Fellows across various medical specialties (excluding radiology) to join a critical project focused on advancing medical reasoning capabilities through lab data analysis. This fully remote, global opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and a chance to collaborate with leading AI researchers.

You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, refining, and rigorously stress-testing cutting-edge AI systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing precise diagnostic cases and creating robust scoring rubrics to ensure the accurate assessment of AI-generated medical reasoning based on laboratory data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate diagnostic cases derived from lab data for comprehensive AI evaluation.
• Create detailed scoring rubrics to meticulously assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated responses.
• Conduct thorough reviews and refinements of AI outputs, ensuring clinical accuracy and sound medical reasoning.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with esteemed research teams within a structured and professional environment.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of all processes and findings, effectively communicating insights.

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Specialization in Radiology is not eligible for this role.
• Possess a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrate strong, hands-on experience with medical lab panels and the ability to perform clinical reasoning based on lab results.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical thinking capabilities.
• Hold a genuine interest in contributing to the advancement of AI applications within the medical and healthcare sectors.

Role Details

• Expected commitment ranges from 20 to 40 hours per week.
• The project has a minimum duration of three months, with a strong potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
• This is a fully remote role offering a flexible schedule to accommodate your fellowship commitments.
