Role Overview: Clinical Fellow at Keystone Recruitment

Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly qualified Clinical Fellows across various medical specialties (excluding radiology) to join a critical project. This role supports a leading AI lab in advancing medical reasoning capabilities using lab data. You will engage directly with research teams to evaluate, refine, and rigorously stress-test cutting-edge AI systems. A core responsibility involves developing comprehensive diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure the accurate and robust assessment of AI-driven medical reasoning based on laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate diagnostic cases utilizing diverse lab data for thorough AI evaluation.
• Create precise and comprehensive scoring rubrics to accurately assess AI-generated responses in medical reasoning.
• Review and meticulously refine AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy, logical reasoning, and adherence to medical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary research teams within a structured and professional environment.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of all findings, methodologies, and communications.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program (excluding Radiology specialization).
• Must hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrated strong experience with medical lab panels and the ability to perform clinical reasoning based on lab results.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Show a keen interest in advancing AI applications within medicine and the broader healthcare sector.

Role Details

This engagement requires an expected commitment of 20–40 hours per week. The project duration is a minimum of three months, with a strong potential for extension based on project needs and performance. This is a fully remote role offering a flexible schedule, allowing for global participation.

Contract & Payment Terms

This role is structured as an independent contractor engagement. Project durations are flexible and may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on evolving project needs and individual performance.
