Clinical Fellow

Role Overview

Our client is seeking dedicated Clinical Fellows across various specialties (excluding radiology) to contribute to a critical project focused on advancing medical reasoning using lab data. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading AI research teams, evaluating and refining cutting-edge AI systems. You will play a pivotal role in creating diagnostic cases and comprehensive scoring rubrics, ensuring the accurate assessment of AI-generated medical reasoning based on lab results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate diagnostic cases derived from medical lab data for rigorous AI evaluation.
• Create precise scoring rubrics to effectively assess AI-generated responses and reasoning.
• Review and meticulously refine AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy and sound medical reasoning.
• Engage in close collaboration with research teams within a structured and professional environment.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation and communicate findings with clarity and impact.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program (all specialties welcome, except Radiology).
• Must hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrated strong experience with medical lab panels and the ability to reason clinically from lab results.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical thinking capabilities.
• A genuine interest in advancing AI applications within the fields of medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

• Expected commitment: Flexible 20–40 hours per week.
• Project duration: Minimum three months, with significant potential for extension.
• This is a fully remote role offering a flexible work schedule.
