Role: Clinical Fellow (Remote)

One of our clients is seeking clinical fellows across any specialty (except radiology) to support a project focused on medical reasoning using lab data. You will work closely with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI systems. Fellows will create diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure accurate AI assessment of lab-based medical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for AI evaluation.
• Create scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses.
• Review and refine AI outputs for clinical accuracy and reasoning.
• Collaborate with research teams in a structured, professional environment.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Cannot be specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO.
• Strong experience with medical lab panels; ability to reason clinically based on lab results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

• Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week.
• Project duration: Minimum three months, with potential extension.
• Fully remote role with flexible schedule.

Application Process

The application process involves submitting your resume, completing a short AI interview and a brief form. If selected, you will complete a paid 2–3 hour training course. Upon successful completion of training, an offer to join the project will be extended. Follow-up is typically rapid, reflecting the fast pace of the AI industry.

Contract & Payment Terms

This engagement is as an independent contractor. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution is required.
