Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment is seeking Clinical Fellows to support a groundbreaking project focused on medical reasoning using lab data. In this 100% remote role, you will collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate, refine, and stress-test advanced AI systems. Your primary contribution will involve creating diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure the accurate assessment of AI-generated lab-based medical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for AI evaluation.
- Create scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses.
- Review and refine AI outputs for clinical accuracy and reasoning.
- Collaborate with research teams in a structured, professional environment.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
- Cannot be specializing in Radiology.
- Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO.
- Strong experience with medical lab panels; ability to reason clinically based on lab results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.
Role Details
- Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week.
- Project duration: Minimum three months, with potential extension.
- Fully remote role with flexible schedule.
Application Process

Contract & Payment Terms
Engagement as an independent contractor. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution is required.
