Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly qualified Clinical AI Research Fellows (excluding radiology specialists) to join a critical project. This role supports a leading AI lab's initiative to enhance medical reasoning capabilities using laboratory data. As a Clinical AI Research Fellow, you will collaborate directly with research teams to rigorously evaluate, refine, and stress-test advanced AI systems. Your primary contribution will involve developing comprehensive diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure the accurate assessment of AI-generated medical reasoning based on lab results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate diagnostic cases derived from diverse lab data for thorough AI evaluation.
• Create precise and effective scoring rubrics to assess the accuracy and clinical soundness of AI-generated responses.
• Review and meticulously refine AI outputs to guarantee clinical accuracy and robust medical reasoning.
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary research teams within a highly structured and professional environment.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of all findings and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Must not be specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrated strong experience with medical lab panels and the ability to apply clinical reasoning effectively based on lab results.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of complex medical concepts.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• A genuine interest in advancing AI applications within the fields of medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

• Expected commitment ranges from 20 to 40 hours per week.
• The project has a minimum duration of three months, with significant potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
• This is a fully remote role offering a flexible schedule to accommodate your fellowship commitments.
