Chief Technology Officer (Remote)
Our client, Keystone Recruitment, is seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators to document and review data systems they've built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are specifically looking for individuals with firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within startup environments. This engagement focuses on documenting architectural decisions and evaluating how operational data supports critical business decision-making.
Who Keystone Recruitment Is Looking For
- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems in high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Prior experience in a high-growth startup (20–150 people) is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize architectural complexity and expertise over specific industry experience.
- Availability: You must be able to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement.
Engagement Details
The scope of this role involves retrospective documentation and a thorough technical review of previously implemented systems. This is a private research effort, and full technical specifications, along with compensation details, will be shared after an initial screening.
Please Note:
- Keystone Recruitment will exclusively be hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this role.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on project needs and performance.
