Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Recruitment
Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly experienced Founders and Early Operators to engage in a unique, short-term research effort for one of their clients. This remote engagement focuses on documenting and reviewing internal data systems built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are specifically looking for individuals with firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within high-growth startup environments. The core of this engagement involves documenting architectural decisions and critically reviewing how operational data effectively supports business decision-making processes.
Who Keystone Recruitment is Looking For
- Experienced Founders: You possess a strong background in building or managing complex internal systems within dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Demonstrated prior experience in a high-growth startup environment, specifically within companies ranging from 20 to 150 people, is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: While industry experience is valuable, we prioritize your expertise in architectural complexity and system design over specific domain knowledge.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to commit to a clearly defined, short-term research engagement.
Engagement Details
This role is a retrospective documentation and technical review of systems you have previously developed or overseen. It is a private research effort, and full technical specifications along with compensation details will be disclosed after a successful initial screening.

- This is an independent contractor position.
