Overview

The Chief Operating Officer role at Keystone Recruitment is a remote position open to founders and early operators with direct experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in mid-size startups (20–150 people). The engagement involves documenting architectural decisions and reviewing how operational data supports business decision-making.

We are looking for experienced founders and startup veterans who have managed non-trivial internal systems in high-growth environments. This role is ideal for those who have hands-on experience in high-growth startups and can commit to a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement.

Engagement Details

This engagement involves a retrospective documentation and technical review of existing systems. It is a private research effort, with full technical specifications and compensation shared after an initial screening. Note: Only CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders will be considered.
