Overview of the Engagement

We are specifically looking for individuals with direct, hands-on experience in constructing, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within dynamic startup environments. Your primary responsibilities will include detailing architectural decisions and critically assessing how operational data informs and supports crucial business decision-making processes.

• Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems in fast-growing startup contexts.
• Startup Veterans: Essential prior experience in a high-growth startup, specifically within the 20–150 employee range.
• Domain Agnostic: While industry experience is valuable, we prioritize candidates who can demonstrate expertise in architectural complexity over specific domain knowledge.
• Availability: The ability to commit to a short-term, precisely defined research engagement is required.

Engagement Specifics

• Scope: This engagement is focused on the retrospective documentation and technical review of systems you have previously developed.
• Privacy: This is a confidential research initiative. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be provided following a successful initial screening.

• We are exclusively hiring CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this role.
• You will be engaged as an independent contractor, offering flexibility and autonomy.
• This is a fully remote position, allowing you to complete projects on your own schedule from anywhere globally.
• Projects can be adjusted in duration (extended, shortened, or concluded early) based on evolving needs and performance.
