Chief Executive Officer (Remote)
Keystone Recruitment is seeking highly experienced Founders and Early Operators to document and review data systems they've built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people). This is a unique opportunity to leverage your firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within high-growth startup environments.
This engagement primarily involves documenting architectural decisions and critically reviewing how operational data has supported business decision-making in your past roles.
Who This Is For
- Experienced Founders: You possess a strong background in building or managing non-trivial internal systems within high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Demonstrated prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (typically 20–150 employees) is essential.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize your expertise in architectural complexity over specific industry experience.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to commit to a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement.
Engagement Details
This is a retrospective documentation and technical review of systems you have previously built. It is a private research effort, and full technical specifications along with compensation details will be shared after an initial screening process.
Note:
- We are exclusively seeking individuals who are current or former CEOs, Founders, or Ex-Founders for this role.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor, offering flexibility and autonomy.
- This is a fully remote role, allowing you to complete projects on your own schedule from anywhere globally.
- Project durations can be adjusted (extended, shortened, or concluded early) based on evolving needs and performance.
