Role: Chief Executive Officer
Keystone Recruitment is seeking accomplished Founders and Early Operators to engage in a research initiative. Our client is interested in documenting and reviewing internal data systems that you have either built or managed within mid-size startups (20–150 people).
We are looking for individuals with direct, hands-on experience in building, overseeing, or scaling data and reporting systems in dynamic startup environments. This engagement focuses on capturing architectural decisions and evaluating how operational data drives effective business decision-making.
Who This Role Is For:
- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of constructing or managing complex internal systems within high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Significant prior experience within a high-growth startup, specifically those with 20–150 employees, is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize the complexity and ingenuity of architectural solutions over specific industry expertise.
- Availability: You must be able to commit to a short-term, well-defined research engagement.
Engagement Details:
- Scope: The work involves retrospective documentation and a technical review of previously implemented data systems.
- Privacy: This is a confidential research project. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be shared following an initial screening.
Please Note:
- We are exclusively seeking individuals who are current or former CEOs, Founders, or Ex-Founders for this role.
- This position is an independent contractor engagement.
- It is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to complete tasks on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
