The engagement involves documenting and reviewing data systems that you have personally built or managed within mid-size startups (ranging from 20 to 150 employees).
We are specifically seeking individuals with direct, firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within dynamic startup environments. This short-term engagement focuses on articulating architectural decisions and analyzing how operational data effectively supports strategic business decision-making.

- Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of constructing or managing complex internal systems within high-growth settings.
- Startup Veterans: Demonstrable prior experience within a high-growth startup environment, specifically with teams of 20 to 150 people, is a mandatory requirement.
- Domain Agnostic: We prioritize the architectural complexity and robustness of the systems you've managed over specific industry expertise.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to commit to a clearly defined, short-term research engagement.
Engagement Details:
- Scope: The core of this role involves retrospective documentation and a thorough technical review of previously implemented data systems.
