Role Overview

As a Chemistry Specialist at Keystone Recruitment, you will leverage your advanced chemistry expertise to enhance AI understanding of chemical principles, reactions, and laboratory reasoning. This flexible, remote contract role involves applying 3+ years of academic or industrial chemistry experience to create, review, and refine high-quality chemistry content, contributing directly to frontier AI model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic chemistry tasks across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and computational subfields.
• Review AI-generated answers for conceptual accuracy, chemical theory adherence, and computational validity.
• Author original questions, scenarios, and datasets reflecting professional chemistry standards.
• Identify flawed logic, incorrect assumptions, and scientific errors in model outputs.

Essential Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of research, teaching, or applied chemistry experience.
• Strong analytical reasoning and scientific writing skills.
• Attention to technical detail and chemical accuracy.
