This opportunity also provides exposure to AI systems and evaluation workflows, helping you build future-ready expertise in an AI-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Solve advanced chemistry problems across postgraduate-level topics.
  • Develop clear, step-by-step explanations with structured reasoning.
  • Work with chemistry content that includes equations, reaction mechanisms, diagrams, and annotated structures.
  • Analyze complex organic reaction mechanisms and explain them with textual and visual clarity.
  • Solve equilibrium, thermodynamics, stoichiometry, electrochemistry, and physical chemistry problems with supporting diagrams and energy representations.
  • Review and refine chemistry-related outputs generated by AI systems.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to identify areas where models struggle and improve evaluation benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to provide structured feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable desktop/laptop setup with stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s, PhD, or Postdoctoral studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong background in organic, physical, inorganic, and analytical chemistry.
  • Ability to explain complex chemistry concepts using clear language, diagrams, and structured reasoning.
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or creating academic-level solutions is a plus.

Engagement Details

  • Contractor assignment (no medical or paid leave).
  • Fully remote.
  • Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.
