Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Casino Operations Manager – AI Trainer. In this remote role, you will leverage your hands-on expertise in casino operations to train next-generation AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to translate real-world casino knowledge into actionable insights, ensuring AI systems accurately reflect gaming protocols, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and provide detailed feedback to AI systems on casino operations, house rules, and customer interactions.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in staff management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
