Cardiologist at Keystone Recruitment
Keystone Recruitment is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologists to support a client's initiative in developing advanced clinical decision-support systems. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on cardiovascular diagnostics, risk stratification, and longitudinal cardiac care, connecting real-world cardiology practice with applied AI to ensure safe, guideline-aligned clinical reasoning.
About the Role
As a Cardiologist, you will apply your cardiovascular expertise to review, annotate, and validate complex cardiac datasets. Your clinical insights will directly shape AI systems designed to support diagnostic interpretation, therapeutic planning, and high-risk cardiovascular decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and label cardiology consult notes, ECGs, imaging summaries, catheterization reports, and case data.
- Validate diagnoses, risk scores, medication regimens, and procedural decisions.
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with ACC/AHA guidelines.
- Review AI-generated treatment summaries and recommendations for safety and soundness.
- Define annotation standards for acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
- Advise on complex cases including heart failure, arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes, and structural heart disease.
Ideal Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.
- Active U.S. medical license.
- 5+ years of clinical cardiology experience preferred.
- Strong background in ECG interpretation, cardiac imaging, and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy.
- Interest in medical AI, informatics, or clinical data validation preferred.
