Keystone Recruitment is assisting a leading AI research lab in their search for fellowship-trained Cardiologists. This project involves evaluating large language models' ability to interpret advanced, real-world ECG/EKG cases. Cardiologists from all subspecialties are encouraged to apply, with particular interest in experts in Electrophysiology and Clinical Cardiology.

Qualifications

You’re a good fit if you have:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• 2+ years of post-training clinical experience
• Current residence in the United States
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strongly preferred:

• Fellowship training in Electrophysiology
• Primary clinical practice with significant ECG interpretation volume
• Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences)
• Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics
• Background in complex arrhythmia diagnosis, conduction abnormalities, or subtle ECG pattern recognition

Key Responsibilities

• Develop gold-standard ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning
• Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and complex reasoning in ECG analysis
• Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab
• Provide feedback on common failure modes in AI model reasoning

Screening Process

• Short interview (~20–30 minutes)
• Discussion of your clinical background and subspecialty expertise

Contract and Payment Terms

• Engagement as an independent contractor
• Fully remote role, with flexible scheduling
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance
• Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
• Payments are weekly via Stripe or Wise based on hours worked
• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time
