Role Overview

Keystone Recruitment is seeking a French-Speaking Business Analyst to support one of our global AI-focused clients in their large language model (LLM) improvement initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates demonstrating strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and bilingual proficiency in English and French. You will be instrumental in evaluating, analyzing, and refining AI-generated outputs, contributing structured feedback that directly enhances model reasoning, comprehension, and logical accuracy. This opportunity offers direct exposure to advanced AI systems and cutting-edge generative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex written content in English and French, breaking it into logical components
  • Conduct online research to validate claims, data points, and reasoning steps
  • Answer analytical and logical reasoning questions with detailed explanations
  • Create structured scenarios and edge cases to improve AI model performance
  • Provide high-quality annotations and constructive feedback on AI-generated responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve evaluation standards
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and logical consistency in all deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to interpret data, logical reasoning problems, and business-style case questions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to commit 40 hours per week with required overlap with US (UTC-8) hours
  • Reliable desktop/laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields
  • Professional writing experience (Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Copywriter, Journalist, Technical Writer, Editor, Translator, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong logical reasoning and basic arithmetic skills

Engagement Details

  • Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
  • Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week
  • Required overlap: 2–5 hours daily with America/Los_Angeles (UTC-8)
  • Fully remote
