Job Summary: Banking Operations Lead

We are seeking a Banking Operations Lead to contribute expertise in branch banking operations to support advanced AI model training. In this remote role, you will leverage hands-on experience in teller functions and branch procedures to help develop, refine, and validate AI-driven financial operations systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of branch operations and teller workflows to train and improve AI models.
  • Document and map routine banking processes, transaction flows, and compliance procedures for structured AI training datasets.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with banking standards.
  • Provide detailed written feedback and annotations based on real-world branch scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to enhance AI performance and workflow accuracy.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts by identifying inconsistencies or operational gaps in model outputs.
  • Support the development of comprehensive datasets representing diverse branch operations scenarios.
  • Stay informed on evolving banking regulations, compliance standards, and AI training methodologies.

  • Proven experience as a bank teller or in branch banking operations.
