About the Role
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced legal professionals to join our client's team for two new AI research dataset projects focused on the Australian market. This remote role involves the meticulous collection, verification, and organization of publicly available legal and financial documents. The objective is to support both internal testing and external demonstrations of advanced AI systems. This is a fully remote and asynchronous opportunity, offering flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents, adhering strictly to project guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
- Follow structured documentation processes to consistently meet defined quality standards.
- Verify sources, confirming all data originates from public, verifiable platforms.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and consistently meet all deadlines.
- Maintain high-quality work output in a remote, independent work setting.
Ideal Qualifications
- Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work within the Northern Territory.
- Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management for meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported for this role).
