Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced contract analysts with litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support new Australian dataset projects. As an Australian Legal Expert, Lawyer, you will contribute to internal testing and demonstrations for advanced AI systems by compiling publicly available legal and financial documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents according to project guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
- Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
- Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional work in one of the following Australian regions: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, Northern Territory.
- Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines.
Role Details
This is a part-time, project-based, fully remote position. It offers a flexible schedule with asynchronous collaboration. The engagement duration varies depending on project needs.
Contract & Payment Terms
Engagement will be as an independent contractor. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on performance and needs. Please note that work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
