Associate Solutions Engineer at Keystone Recruitment
We are hiring an Associate Solutions Engineer on behalf of one of our clients building advanced human data and AI infrastructure systems. This organization partners with leading AI labs and enterprise teams to deploy expert-driven training workflows and scalable data systems. The Associate Solutions Engineer will play a key role in supporting enterprise customers and ensuring seamless technical execution.
Job Summary
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will support enterprise clients with technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and proactive account monitoring. This is not a basic support role — you will operate with a product mindset, identifying root causes, improving processes, and helping shape the customer experience through actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client account usage to identify trends, anomalies, and proactive support opportunities
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers and provide clear, actionable solutions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Engineering with precise documentation
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal Knowledge Base resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve workflows
- Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend product or process enhancements
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
- Product-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in enterprise customer support or client-facing technical roles
- Ability to clearly document technical issues and solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, or cloud-based systems
- Previous experience in solutions engineering or enterprise technical support environments
