Keystone Recruitment is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer on behalf of a client specializing in advanced human data and AI infrastructure systems. This role is crucial in supporting enterprise customers, ensuring seamless technical execution, and optimizing workflows.
<Job Summary
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will provide essential technical support to enterprise clients, focusing on troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and proactive account monitoring. This position requires a product-oriented mindset, where you will identify root causes, enhance processes, and contribute to shaping the customer experience through actionable insights and collaborative efforts across teams.
<Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client account usage to identify trends, anomalies, and proactive support opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Engineering with precise documentation.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal Knowledge Base resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve workflows.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend product or process enhancements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to non-technical stakeholders.
