Job Description

Job Summary

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will support enterprise clients with technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and proactive account monitoring. This is not a basic support role — you will operate with a product mindset, identifying root causes, improving processes, and helping shape the customer experience through actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client account usage to identify trends, anomalies, and proactive support opportunities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers and provide clear, actionable solutions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Engineering with precise documentation
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal Knowledge Base resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve workflows
  • Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend product or process enhancements
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Product-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in enterprise customer support or client-facing technical roles
  • Ability to clearly document technical issues and solutions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, or cloud-based systems
  • Previous experience in solutions engineering or enterprise technical support environments
