Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex, end-to-end consulting workflows—from problem structuring to analysis and synthesis—into clear, actionable task specifications and robust evaluation rubrics.
• Rigorously review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries, ensuring they meet professional standards.
• Develop and create high-quality reference examples, such as detailed issue trees, sophisticated analytical models, and precise slide outlines, reflecting best practices in professional consulting.
• Systematically identify logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning within AI outputs; meticulously document failure patterns and provide clear, actionable improvement guidance.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and providing comprehensive written feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience garnered from a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• A strong, demonstrated understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to perform executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for complex analysis and compelling presentations.
• Proven experience in market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and conducting qualitative research.
• Exceptional written communication skills coupled with a highly structured approach to thinking.
• A proven ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines within a demanding remote work setting.
