Job Description
AI Generalist
Keystone Recruitment is seeking detail-oriented AI Generalists to support AI model training and evaluation projects. This fully remote, hourly contract role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, analytical, and comfortable working across a range of topics. You will play a crucial part in improving AI systems by reviewing, analyzing, and refining model outputs across diverse domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and clarity.
- Perform research and fact-checking across general knowledge domains.
- Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning and response quality.
- Follow evaluation rubrics and project guidelines consistently.
- Contribute to data labeling, annotation, and quality control tasks.
- Document findings clearly and communicate insights when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and browser-based platforms.
- Adaptable to shifting project needs and guidelines.
Engagement Details
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on performance and project needs.
- Note: Keystone Recruitment is currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates for this role.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive, ranging from $22–$27 per hour, based on experience.
