Role Overview: AI Generalist
Keystone Recruitment is seeking detail-oriented AI Generalists to support AI model training and evaluation projects. This fully remote, hourly contract role is ideal for adaptable, analytical individuals comfortable working across diverse topics. You will play a crucial role in improving AI systems by reviewing, analyzing, and refining model outputs across various domains, providing structured feedback to enhance reasoning and response quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and clarity.
- Perform research and fact-checking across general knowledge domains.
- Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning and response quality.
- Follow evaluation rubrics and project guidelines consistently.
- Contribute to data labeling, annotation, and quality control tasks.
- Document findings clearly and communicate insights when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and browser-based platforms.
- Adaptable to shifting project needs and guidelines.
Engagement Details
This is an independent contractor engagement, fully remote with a flexible schedule. Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise. Project durations may vary based on performance and needs. Please note that Keystone Recruitment is unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates for this role.
Compensation
Compensation for the AI Generalist position ranges from $22–$27 per hour, based on experience.
