AI Generalist

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented AI Generalists to support AI model training and evaluation projects at Keystone Recruitment. This fully remote, hourly contract role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, analytical, and comfortable working across a range of topics. You will contribute to improving AI systems by reviewing, analyzing, and refining model outputs across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and clarity.
• Perform research and fact-checking across general knowledge domains.
• Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning and response quality.
• Follow evaluation rubrics and project guidelines consistently.
• Contribute to data labeling, annotation, and quality control tasks.
• Document findings clearly and communicate insights when required.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and browser-based platforms.
• Adaptable to shifting project needs and guidelines.

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement with a flexible schedule.
• Fully remote position with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on performance and project needs.

Compensation

Compensation for this AI Generalist role is competitive, ranging from $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience.
