Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring, analysis, synthesis) into precise task specifications and comprehensive evaluation rubrics.
• Review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Develop high-quality reference examples such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines, ensuring they adhere to professional consulting standards.
• Identify logical inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and flawed reasoning in AI outputs, documenting failure patterns and providing clear improvement guidance.
• Engage asynchronously with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and written feedback for effective collaboration.

Ideal Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience within a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage time and consistently meet deadlines in a fully remote work setting.

Role Details

The expected commitment for this role is 10+ hours per week, structured around a deliverables-driven model with defined quality standards. This is a fully remote position offering flexible scheduling. Ongoing support is provided for best practices and clarifications.
