Mission Statement

The Product Manager: Risk & Rapid Response role focuses on building and scaling risk management systems for spot and futures market making operations in cryptocurrency. The role is key to reinforcing operational resilience, enabling rapid response to trading incidents, and supporting trader needs.

Job Description

  • Lead product discovery and definition with a cross-functional squad.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risk exposures and trader requirements.
  • Drive development of risk management, controls, monitoring, and incident response initiatives.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis on trading risk frameworks.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for risk mitigation and system reliability.

Background And Experience

Candidates should have product development experience in trading, fintech, or risk management, a strong grasp of trading operations and risk concepts, and familiarity with cryptocurrency markets. Experience in incident response, collaborative requirement gathering, and data-driven risk evaluation is highly valuable.
