Mission Statement

We are seeking a Delivery Manager - Trading to work across multiple squads. You will ensure strategic technical alignment, continuous delivery, trading system reliability, and regulatory oversight. Working with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, you will drive data-backed improvements using DORA metrics and industry frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading Continuous Delivery: Drive continuous delivery lifecycle using DORA metrics.
  • Strategic Technical Alignment: Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
  • Trading System Reliability: Ensure stability, risk management, and performance for trading systems.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Work with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage QA teams and drive improvements in automated testing processes.

Background And Experience

Applicants should have a proven track record in an engineering-led organization using Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or XP. Experience with DORA metrics and managing high-reliability software systems is essential. Coordination across multiple teams including product managers, engineers, and compliance stakeholders is required, preferably in finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading environments.

Competencies and Personality

  • Certifications in Agile, Lean, or related methodologies are a plus.
  • Project management qualifications are advantageous.
  • Expertise in delivery performance frameworks (e.g., DORA, Accelerate) is required.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are key.
